TICKET
One of only 2 transportations to/from Mongolia
is Trans Siberian Railway. You can travel through Russia, Mongolia
and China at one travel by this railway.
To make your travel a lot easier, our company arranges all train
tickets from Mongolia and some of inward trains to Mongolia
such as from Beijing and Irkutsk and Moscow.
International trains to/from Mongolia:
North direction: Ulan Ude, Irkutsk, Moscow
and other cities of Russia
South direction: Erlain, HuhHot, Beijing,
Domestic trains: All major towns like Zamyn
Ude, along the Trans-Siberian Railway. HOW
TO MAKE A BOOKING
Please contact with Ancient Nomadic Tour Operator
by e-mail or mail.
Please make sure you give as much detail as possible so that
your booking form is processed promptly and accurately. Clarify
your special requirements in your e-mail or fax message e.g.
train class and/or other special requirements etc.
If you can send your valid passport copy by fax or attached
file as an image, that will be truly appreciated.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We require full payment in advance as we have to purchase
the tickets before your arrival in Mongolia. If you are a
group of 2 or 3+ PAX, we require only one person's full payment
and the rest can be pain upon your arrival in cash.
Our customers can transfer the payment to our bank account
or directly to us in cash by Money Transfer services.
We are studying to use secure booking web site or credit card
payment. So as soon as we start it we will place it on our
web.
CANCELLATION
If for any reason you need to change your travel arrangements
you should notify us 21 days (or stated otherwise on your
booking confirmation) prior to the date of arrival to avoid
possible cancellation charges.
Please note that seats for late June and
July are fully booked earlier in March and April due to the
Naadam Festival, your early and firm booking is required.
Individual or group bookings at discounted rates
If you are arranging travel for a larger group (min 16 PAX)
we are able to negotiate more attractive rate for you.
