our company is very simple. Please choose the hotel you wish
to stay at and follow the instructions below.

HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING
Step 1. Please contact
Ancient Nomadic Tour Operator by e-mail or fax message.
Step 2. Tell us your check in and check
out dates
Please make sure you give as much detail as possible so
that your booking form is processed promptly and accurately.
Confirm your special requirements in your e-mail or fax
message e.g. room type, meal plan, special requirements
etc.
Step 3. Send us your valid passport no,
expiry date, issued date.
Step 4. Send us a confirmation letter that
stating your booking and payment condition by fax.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
You will transfer non refundable 25% of the
total payment as a deposit. The rest of the payment is only
upon your arrival. There is no service charge for this service.
Please use money transfer services Money Gram or Western
Union for the deposit.
CANCELLATIONS
If for any reasons you need to change
your travel arrangements you should notify us 21 days (or
stated otherwise on your booking confirmation) prior to
the date of arrival to avoid possible cancellation charges.
Individual or group bookings at discounted rates
If you have a particular requirement in relation to transfers,
guide, transportation and other short trips in and around
Ulaanbaatar, please remember to let us know when booking.
We are happy to arrange it for you or advice on any service.
